I’m Jess or JRoc, or J! Whatever feels comfy for you, I’m a 30-something celebrant and MC based in Collingwood, who’s been doin’ weddings since I was registered in December of 2022.

I go to a lotta gigs, I volunteer on community radio, UP THE HERTZ! I dj - (ask me about my 70s & 80’s vinyl collection), I love taking pictures of trees, trains and peeps I adore, and I hit the road to camp out whenever I can.

I love love, I love weddings, I love celebrating with heart, but more importantly I love alternatives to the norm in the way of ceremony, throw parties your way, celebrate your love however the heck you want, I’m really down for anything if you are.

My thing is getting the vibe right, I adore a connection, I pride myself on understanding your love and sharing it in story for your friends and family, while sharing giggles, tears and heaps of heart.

I’ve been an MC & host for over a decade, that’s kind of how this started, some friends asked me what it would take for me to marry them, and I one day looked into it, and here we are. I’ve been so grateful to be trusted marrying my friends, my friends friends, absolute strangers I’ve been lucky to call friends and folks who I so quickly click with it just makes sense.

Dress up weddings, pub weddings, destination weddings, glamourous family filled hoorahs, festival style nuptials, teeny elopements, disco hitchin’s, halloween parties on the dancefloor with a little signing of some docs, personal, private ceremonies under your favourite tree, watching a band you love, or in a stunning venue surrounded by your people. You can really do anything, and my hospitality background and big imagination is here to make a dream come true.
